  • A good understanding and awareness of safeguarding issues
  • Able to stay calm in challenging situations
  • Commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people
  • Comfortable both lone-working and with other team members
  • Support worker with driver's licenses and access to own cars are of advantage but not mandatory.

You’ll need experience working with children and young people in a paid or voluntary setting for at least 12 months. You will also need to be able to engage with children and young people in managing risk and achieving positive change.

We believe that the welfare of the Young People we support is paramount. Team members are enthusiastic and supportive. We are looking for people with similar qualities to join us to continue the good work already being done.

To be eligible to apply for this role you must have the right to work in the UK, with 6-12 months of care or support professional experience within the UK, with a 5yr checkable work history with a minimum of 3 years of professional referencing.
